Life is complicated and along the way we often get bumps and bruises.  Then other times, we just get stuck.  Therapy can help provide personal insight and growth in a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, conflict or any other of life's challenges.  Therapy is designed to help provide insight, support, and new strategies for life's struggles.  Personal responsibility, creating greater self-awareness, communication skills, boundaries and perspective are some of the benefits of indiviudal therapy.
Individual Counseling
Like all relationships, marriage has wonderful and difficult moments. They are certainly a lot of hard work.  Whether the issue be infidelity, communication, bad boundaries or other traumas, marriage therapy helps couples recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationship.  It is a safe and confidential place to work on issues that just seem to not get resolved. Through marriage counseling, you can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding your relationship.

Family Counseling is for those times that families have a lot to say to one another but have been unsuccessful in truly hearing and understanding each other.  Often in families, we feel disempowered and frustrated because we can't seem to make an impact.   Family life is challenging with a variety of different life stages under one roof.  Family Counseling affords a safe opportunity to speak and be heard.

Children struggle with the stresses and hurts of life just like the rest of us.   All too often, they experience collateral damage in this world.  Because they are cute and they giggle and play in the backyard, we forget that they are hurting from the problems in their lives that they just don't understand.
So with children, we have to meet them where they are and talk their language.  This is where child counseling comes in.  It is a unique process that kids really enjoy.  Kids need healing, too.
